Cascade YC Turns 60: Design Our Anniversary Badge!

2027 marks a momentous milestone for Cascade Youth Club – our 60th anniversary! Since 1967, our club has been at the heart of youth football in our community, and as we approach this landmark year, we want to celebrate in style.

A New Badge for a Historic Season

For the 2026/27 season, we're creating a special commemorative badge to honour six decades of Cascade YC. But here's the exciting part – we want YOU to design it!

We're launching a club-wide competition open to all members, from our youngest tots to our oldest players, parents, coaches, and committee members. This is your chance to create something that will be worn with pride throughout our 60th anniversary season and potentially become part of our club's legacy.

Design Competition Guidelines

To ensure your design captures the essence of Cascade YC, please follow these criteria:

Shape Requirements:

• Your design must fit entirely within a defined shape (circle, shield, or similar)

• Nothing can extend beyond the boundary of your chosen shape

• Keep all elements contained within the outline

  
  

Essential Elements:

• Club Name: Must include "Cascade YC"

• Founded Date: Must include "1967" prominently in the design

• Colours: Use our traditional red and blue – remember, these are darker, richer shades, not bright tones

  
  

Get Creative!

Think about what Cascade YC means to you. Perhaps you'll incorporate:

• Football elements that represent our sport

• Symbols of community and teamwork

• Visual references to our 60-year journey

• Local landmarks or heritage

• Imagery that captures the spirit of youth football
