Our Cascade Ladies team are currently competing in Tier 2 of women's football in Wales, representing the club at a strong level of the game.

Playing at Tier 2 means facing quality opposition week in, week out, and the ladies have been putting in solid performances throughout the season. It's a competitive league that demands commitment, and the squad have shown they're up for the challenge.

The team trains regularly and continues to develop, with players of varying experience coming together to compete at this level. For the younger girls coming through our section, it's great to see a clear pathway and a senior team to aspire to.
